How to sign up for Jacquie Lawson Ecards? ›

Your membership will allow you to send our ecards to as many people as you like, as many times as you like, for the entire duration of your subscription. To subscribe to our ecards service, please go to our Join page. You'll be asked for your email address and country, and then a few other things.

If you log on to jacquielawson.com, go to My Details, and then go to Cards Received, you will see a list of all the cards you have received via jacquielawson.com – right back to when we launched jacquielawson.com in 2002!

Alternatively you can simply send an email to help@jacquielawson.com. For general assistance with the new site, you can also send us a private message on our Facebook or Instagram page. We are very sorry but we do not offer assistance by telephone.

You may have entered the wrong password. Please try again, typing it very carefully and taking care to differentiate between the letter I and the number 1, the letter O and the number zero, and so on. If you are not sure what your password for jacquielawson.com is, you can ask for a password reset to get a new one.

To send our full range of cards, you need to purchase a subscription to our ecards service. However, if you'd like to try out the service to see if it works for you, you can download our ecards App to your Apple or Android phone or tablet.

Your membership will then expire on the date shown, and although we will send you a renewal reminder, we won't automatically renew your membership. Normally, simply switching off automatic renewal is sufficient to terminate your ecards membership on the expiry date shown.

Just log on to jacquielawson.com, and go to the Order History page (you'll find it in the My Details section after you have logged on). Then click the Order History button for the product you purchased. Your purchases will then be listed together with the activation codes.

It's available for iOS devices from the Apple App Store and for Android from the Google Play Store.

After a few weeks of frantic programming, jacquielawson.com was launched on 10th February 2002 – with just five ecards. Fast forward twenty years, and Jacquie has now retired – but still keeps a watchful eye over us all to make sure we keep to her high standards!

Sending a card by Facebook, social media or text message

To send a card by text message, or to post a link to the card on any social media, or in a personal email or indeed anywhere you like, select the Share Link option, and follow the instructions. For full details please see our FAQ page about the Share Link option.

Your jacquielawson.com ecards membership lets you send as many ecards as you like, to as many people as you like, for the duration of your membership. You can send cards using our email system, or you can post them on Facebook or other social media, or send them using your own email program.

Click the Card History option in the My Details menu above, or in the JL ecards app tap More and then Card History. This will list all the cards we have sent for you, with the exact date and time it was sent, and the email address which you gave us.

While we can stop our members from sending you our ecards by email directly from our website, there is no way that we can stop people from forwarding our ecards, or copying an ecard link into a personal email, social post or text message, since those sending mechanisms are totally independent of our service.

When you have logged on successfully, click My Details in the top corner next to the welcome message. Then click Personal Information and then click Update Information, and you'll be able to enter your new email address (and other details).

Start the app on your phone or tablet, and find the card you would like to send, either on the home page or using the Occasions, Themes and Holidays options at the bottom of the screen. Tap Enter Message and you will be able to enter your personal message and (where relevant) select from a list of possible captions.
