My Favorite Solution for EMF Mitigation (BluShield Review) - Empowered Sustenance (1)

Man-made EMFs are harmful electromagnetic frequencies emitted from technologies like phones, cell towers, WiFi, and electronics.

Most people can’t see or feel these frequencies. They are a form of “invisible pollution” that touches everyone in our modern world. Sleep problems, fertility problems, mood issues, and immune system dysfunction (including cancer) may be linked to EMF exposure.

Unfortunately, much like pharmaceutical research, EMF research is often industry-funded. The telecommunication industry influences the data to protect their products.

For example, 180 scientists and doctors appealed to the European Union to reconsider the implementation of 5G, based on documented health risks. Yet, the telecommunication industry has presented their own funded research to discredit other data.

I consider EMF mitigation an essential piece on any healing journey. It’s especially important to protect pregnant mamas, babies, and children from excessive EMFs, as developing bodies are highly vulnerable. But it’s also a wise move for anyone who cares about their health, in the short-and-long term.

Since embarking on my healing journey over 10 years ago, I’ve researched and tested various solutions to reduce EMF exposure.

I even spent years sleeping in a “EMF bed canopy” — essentially, a faraday cage that resembles mosquito netting around the bed.

My Favorite Solution for EMF Mitigation (BluShield Review) - Empowered Sustenance (3)

The fabric consisted of cotton wrapped around silver wire, to block out nearly all measurable EMF waves (key word is measurable… I’ll explain more shortly.)

This canopy was a significant investment, upwards of $1,500, and provided protection only when I was sleeping. Notably, nighttime is this is the most important time to protect your body from EMF exposure, as the body is most vulnerable when sleeping.

But due to frequent moving and travel in the last few years of my life, it was no longer a practical option for me.

I also didn’t know that there is an aspect of electromagnetic frequencies — called scalar waves — that can’t be blocked by faraday canopies. We’ll get more into scalar waves shortly.

Further, I wanted a way mitigate EMF exposure when I travel, in environments like airplanes and hotels where there are heightened levels of EMFs.

I sensed that there was a solution out there, but I didn’t know what it was. So here’s what I did…

I intentionally envisioned some device that would foster my body’s resilience to EMFs, particularly when outside my home. I did a series of visualizations where I saw myself traveling, and then setting up my hotel room with a device that changed the energy of the room, creating a peaceful haven.

Did I know what this device was? No. But I knew if something can be imagined, it can be real.

My Favorite Solution for EMF Mitigation (BluShield Review) - Empowered Sustenance (4)

Sure enough, a month after doing my visualizations, I ran across BluShield!

The first day I plugged in the BluShield Phi3, I experienced a noticeable shift in my home, a change in the energy towards a greater state of tranquility. I kept noticing it when I would enter my house, even though I had forgotten about the device. I also started sleeping more deeply from the first night I started using it.

The more I research the BluShield technology, the more I love the philosophy of not blocking out EMFs (after all, what we resist persists) but rather introducing harmonious frequencies into the environment.

EMF REDUCTION, SHIELDING, AND MITIGATION

Reduction, shielding, and mitigation are all different approaches to reducing the harms of EMFs.

Reduction involves reducing your exposure to EMF sources. This includes:

  • Using a hard-wired internet rather than WiFi router in your house
  • If using WiFi, turning the router off while you are sleeping
  • Avoiding the use of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth and wireless earbuds
  • Not using baby monitors or cordless landline phones
  • Not wearing your phone on your body
  • Not putting your laptop on your lap (if you do, put a DefenderPad underneath to block the radiation)
  • Not using your phone or laptop while it’s plugged in
  • Sleeping with your cell phone outside the bedroom
  • Talking on your cell phone when it’s on speaker mode, away from your head
  • Not having a Smart Meter on your house

EMF shielding means blocking manmade EMF frequencies. This includes:

Even with the above reduction steps, and even the shielding steps, a considerable amount of EMF exposure remains in our daily life. This is where a mitigation approach works best!

To understand EMF mitigation, we have to discuss SCALAR WAVES. Without getting too technical, electromagnetic frequencies are energy that travel in waveform.

One part of this wave, called the “transverse component” can be measured and blocked.

But there is another part of the wave, called SCALAR, which cannot be measured by our current devices, nor blocked by shielding means. Both natural (non-harmful) electromagnetic frequencies and man-made electromagnetic frequencies (harmful) have a scalar component.

Scalar waves are neither intrinsically good nor bad. They have beneficial or harmful effects depending on how they are produced and the energetic information they carry. (Read more about scalar waves and EMFs.)

HOW BLUSHIELD WORKS

BluShield devices emit scalar waves that are beneficial to the human body. The frequencies emitted by BluShield “compete” with the man-made EMFs.

This allows the body to tune into the beneficial frequencies instead of being “energetically bludgeoned” by harmful EMFs.

BluShield explains:

Non-native (manmade, artificial) electronic infrastructure and devices emit very different EMF patterns than natural sources. Each of these artificial EMF sources runs on repetitive, pulsed frequencies – if these were audible to us, we would hear something like an alarm clock or car alarm. Nothing in nature operates this way, so because of this, our bodies are constantly in ‘alarm mode’ due to the unnatural signature.

Instead of attempting to block EMFs, which is ineffective or suboptimal for various reasons, Blushield essentially overpowers non-native EMFs with resonant frequencies. If there are harmonious frequencies in our environment that match or exceed the power of the inharmonious frequencies, our bodies will prefer and attune to the harmonious frequencies through a process called sympathetic resonance.

Like attracts like. When we tune in to the naturally healing Blushield frequencies, our bodies no longer perceive the non-native EMFs as a threat, and our immune system begins to restore itself. Our bodies can rest and heal.

If you think this concept of cells entraining to a specific frequency is “woo woo,” here’s a practical, real-world example:

Here’s another practical example to consider. Some people have such a powerful frequency of love that we feel the difference in their presence. We might feel calmer or safer, because we are actually entraining to the vibration of love emitted from their being.

RESEARCH ON BLUSHIELD

BluShield has demonstrated the positive, measurable effects using animal studies and human analysis.

  • Live blood analysis showed improved blood quality after using BluShield for 2 months
  • Urine analysis on participants with various health status show improved organ function

The testimonials on BluShield share the positive effects people have noticed. These range from better sleep to calmer moods to relief from chronic symptoms.

BluShield has also studied their devices on animals, as animals aren’t influenced by the placebo effect.

Consider their informal “chicken study”! They used a chicken farm with two automated hen houses (each containing10,000 to 15,000 hens). A Blushield device was installed in one house. After 4 months, the BluShield chicken house had a rise in egg production over 80%. Mortality rate declined, egg size increased, egg shell quality improved, chickens were quieter and calmer.

UPDATE: NEW CLINICAL STUDY

BluShield has been running a clinical study on their technology. This study examined changes in participants’ glucose levels, heart rate variability, calcium channels, and cognitive function.

The study manuscript is currently being reviewed by a medical journal, and is not yet available. However, you can read the initial findings here.

GET STARTED WITH BLUSHIELD

1. Start with a home unit.

Enter your zip code in Antenna Search to learn how many cell towers are in your vicinity. (Brace yourself — I live in a relatively rural environment, and was surprised at how many towers surrounded my home.)

You will need a stronger BluShield unit in regions with a lot of EMF-emitting towers.

Use this product guide to determine which BluShield unit to order.

UPDATE: I initially bought a Phi3. As a result of recent travels to more EMF-dense areas (including hotels) I invested in a stronger unit, the Ultimate Cube.

2. Use my BluShield coupon code “EMPOWERED”

Enter my code “EMPOWERED” for 10% off your order at BluShield.

3. For time outside the home, consider getting a portable unit to put in your pocket or purse.

These portable units, worn in a pocket or purse, hold a charge so they don’t need to be constantly plugged into a power source. I also travel take my Phi3 with me to plug into hotel rooms.
