I really enjoyed my experience getting pedicures with my girls here! The staff was INCREDIBLY kind! My 4 year old felt so special and my 9 year old asked if we could go back soon! I LOVED that they played relaxing music instead of listening to television. It was clean and therapeutic. Will definitely come back again!

I wish Google could let me leave 0 star for this business. They was running 50% off any services on their first opening day(4/1/22) so I decided to try them out. I went with the $75 pedicure . My pedicure was done in less than 30 mins since the lady started. I know that I only pay half price for my toe but they should do something better than that because it’s $75 value. She even didn’t wash the callus remover gel out of my heel, she put the salt scrub on top of it and rubbed it all over my feet. I never seen anybody that did a horrible job like that before. Another big thing which makes I think this business is a scam. An owner who checked me out kept telling me my total was $56. I asked more than 3 times that how it came out to $56 since my pedicure was half off. I had to told her my total should be $37 because she couldn’t do an easy 1st grade maths. She didn’t apologize to me. I usually go to Hawaii Nails 2. They provided an exceptional service way better than here. I will never ever come back here even they have another 50% or 75% off. It’s not worth it. Totally wasting my time and money.

My experience at TM Nails & Spa wasn’t the best. I have been to several other nail places so I do have something to compare it to. The salon is new and is clean. I liked the ambience with soft music and a beach video playing. One of the owners, Mike, seated me and handed me the menu. I just wanted a simple $30 pedicure. He looked at my feet and said the calluses were pretty big and would recommend the next treatment – $15 more. Jenny came over and proceeded to use a sander and very, very quickly used it on my calluses. I felt a sting when she had it on the ball of my foot. When I put my foot in the foot soak it really gave me a stinging sensation. I tried to look at it but couldn’t see much. After I got home and could look at my foot better, I saw a 1/2 inch slice where a piece of skin had been sanded off. I put Neosporin and a bandage on it and wore slippers the rest of the day because it hurt. Mike came over and then proceeded with the calf massage. It was kind of awkward and didn’t seem like the calf massages I had in the past. More like he was rubbing lotion on my legs. The hot towel wrap consisted of laying one hot towel on top of both my legs. Other spas completely wrap each leg in a hot towel. Then Leena came over and started on the trim and painting of the nails. She did an excellent job. She also did the hot stone massage which was fair, I’ve had better. While waiting for my nails to dry, I observed the only other customer in the store. She was having a pedicure and manicure. After Jenny and Leena had worked on her feet, Mike gave her the leg massage. Seemed weird and awkward, just rubbing lotion. She then went to the table to get her manicure and she was trying to explain what she wanted her nails to look like. Jenny had started on them and the lady said they weren’t like the picture she had shown Jenny. Jenny was getting very frustrated and said this is the style now and this is what people are wearing. You could tell the customer wasn’t going to be right in this. The lady told her to just build up the acrylic because she wanted a more natural look. Jenny then said she would take them off and start again. Probably a good thing. My nails were now dry and I could leave. This is a spa I won’t visit again. I didn’t feel that my $45 pedicure was much more than the $30 listed on their menu. My suggestion – have Mike run the desk not rub lotion on the ladies. What I did like – the peaceful atmosphere of the décor.
