- Pepper - Adds flavor to the food.
- Salt and a peeled onion - To season the pasta cooking water.
- Water - To cook the pasta.

HOW TO MAKE TUNA MACARONI
Step 1: Drain and shred the tuna with a fork; set aside.
Step 2: Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with a little salt and a peeled onion. When the pasta is cooked, drain it with a skimmer and set aside.
Step 3: Meanwhile, in a saucepan, add the chopped onion, chopped garlic and the olive oil. Stir and sauté on a medium-low heat until the onion start to turn golden brown. Add the tuna, pepper and the tomato pulp. Stir and cook on a low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 4: Add the cooked macaroni, mix the pasta well in the tuna and cook for more 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.

- 200 grams (7 ounces) elbow macaroni
- 350 grams (12 1/3 ounces) canned tuna
- 1 medium onion
