Had my sons birthday cake and cupcakes done here, the cake decorator and the whole bakery team are beyond helpful and skilled, the cake turned out great !

It carries everything I need from organic food to gluten-free ingredients. Also has flowers, pharmacy, and a wide range of products & produce.

First time in this market and have a bit confusing when staying in the front of corn for sale. Came at 5pm then took about 5 minutes to find a shopping car, went back to the parking to get a shopping car which is why I gave 4 stars.

Just like any other Albertson. Prices are competitive with Ralphs but generally lower. They have some great deals every time I visit this store.Pretty nice produce section. Candy selection is not that great. Bakery makes good cakes. We ordered a cake once for a birthday and it was good, everyone liked it.Ample parking. Several other nice restaurants, bank, ups store and a gas station make this a one stop shopping location.

This happened on Saturday October 22, 2022 at 11:15 am in the self checkout area. We faced micro aggressions from a lady Albertsonsemployee in the self checkout area. We are brown.We were scanning and she was standing there staring at us with a look to see if we were scanning everything. That continued. We asked her help to cancel two items because they looked stale. She came and asked why we were canceling, asking if we would get the same items at a lower price elsewhere. After two minutes, the light flashed at our counter again for help. The same lady came again, and sighed with a big “huh”, and looked at the video again to see if we scanned everything. She left and stood at a place staring at us again.To the manager and executives at Albertsons, this is a picture perfect example of micro aggressions from whites to the persons of color. Please train all your employees on how to be human first.

This is my go to Albertsons in Irvine. Although my house is nearer to the Albertsons near to UCI but I felt this location has more varieties and larger inventory than the other location. I love their self check out and that is what I usually use when I do my check out. The store is clean. Parking is easy and plenty. Near to 5 freeway.

This market is close to my home, so I visit very often. The staff are very friendly and I enjoy conversing with them as I shop and check out.On a few occasions, I’ve seen expired food in the refrigerated meats and cheese section. Unfortunately, I now have to check the expiration date on everything I purchase.The prices are typical for an Albertsons in Irvine, which is to say they are mid tier to high.

All daily necessities can be purchased. Good quality food ingredients are plentiful. Be sure to buy the nachos sold here. Good price and delicious.

The albertsons name brand fresh made clam chowder had no clams in it.

The African American lady employee refused to help with some chicken saying it is already 8: 00 pm and the kitchen is closed. After 10-15 I observed she was serving another customer same cexact food she refused me. I addressed my concern to the manager who was cooperative to serve the chicken I was looking to purchase.I have been never refused to be served in any other Superstore. Definitely very disappointed with the unprofessional demeanor of the African American lady working in the meats/ kitchen area. Convenient well stocked supermarket that carries all the everyday essentials and treats that my family needs. Depending on the menu we plan, it is one of the stops on our grocery route. Prices are reasonable and most times there are promotional prices on various items; not only helps with the budget but also brings new items to our kitchen on a regular basis.

Love their baked mango habanero chicken in their deli...sweet with just enough kick! I ordered their chocolate cake with a layer of ice cream and everyone loved it...cake was moist and went well with the ice cream. Like using their self check out systems...easy to use and quick.

On this visit, I went to the customer vervice desk to hand over a few lotto scratchers to trade in for some cash. There wasnt anyone at the desk, however one employee that was walking by was kind enough to radio for someone to come assist me. The people that helped me was very nice and took care of my scratchers in a timely manner. Next, I then went to use the coin star machine to get some more cash so I could buy a couple cartons of milk for home. The person that assisted me at the check-stand was nice too. Overall, it was a pretty smooth visit and the general service was good.

Horrible customer service. I simply wanted to pick up a package at the customer service counter and the supervisor/manager (I think her name was Maria) was incredibly rude to me and refused to help me. Supposedly their customer service desk closed an hour before I got there, but the different closing time isnt listed anywhere on the Albertsons website or Google, etc. Still, it wouldve been fine if that was just said politely (I work retail and understand that sometimes store policies are just weird), but the employee in question was standing behind the customer service counter (literally a foot away from my package) and, worst of all, was incredibly rude about it. Its not the fact I couldnt pick up my package (although that too is annoying), but the attitude in which I was told so. This location definitely just lost a regular customer.

My favorite grocery store in the area. Always the cleanest, and friendliest. No need to have member card to get their cheaper price BS (Im glad they got rid of this). Everyone that works here has always been helpful and pleasant.I used their pharmacy once and was also pleasantly surprised at how quick, easy, and professional the staffs are.Thumbs up!

This is an amazing store. Always has everything that Im looking for and, to top it all off, the staff is kind, respectful, and extremely helpful. The prices are a bit high, but Im not counting it against them because, frankly, Albertsons has a fundamentally different (and more humane) business model than something like Walmart. Dont come here for low prices. Come here for quality products and a superior shopping experience.

Kudos to the deli staff at this store. I brought home the Meal Deal--8 pieces of chicken, potato salad, and dinner rolls. It was a great value--$8 or so and two people made 2+ meals of it. More importantly, it was delicious food ! Potato salad tasted homemade. Chicken had delicious habanero glaze and was sensational.The deli staff is doing a great job!

When you are out of everything & do not want to run everywhere then head on over to Albertsons where the store is well-stocked. If you need to be in & out for just a few items then enjoy the speed of the self-checkout.I recommend their store brands which compete with national household brands but often at an tremendous savings. Their sparking water beverages on aisle 13 help many stomach issues so I can eat like a regular person. A stand out product is their 5 cheese lasagna. Their bread is just as tasty as any local artisan bakery so you save time going from stop to stop. Their selection of fresh fruit & vegetables is always crisp & clean. Their deli fresh tortilla chips are like being in a restaurant.Are you wanting to save $20 sometimes? Awesome Albertsons, where do I begin .. customer service is outstanding, cashiers are always super nice and helpful always courteous even if you walk in last minute . One time I got to the door right as the manager was closing for the night, i asked her if i could just please get a couple things real quick she could have said no were closed and i totally would have understand, after a long shift you just want to go home as soon as that clock hits closing time, but the manager was so nice she opened the door and let me in . That was awesome and even the cashier was still friendly and all smiles although I held them up for about ten minutes, super cool.Theyre produce is always fresh and they have a nice organic selection of vegetables and fruits . Meats are a little overpriced and not a lot to choose from but its still a good meat dpt. The place in general is always clean . Theres also a starbucks and a us bank branch inside . This is my favorite Albertsons . Strongly recomend

I am VERY unhappy with the way your companys app changed it is hard to navigate. The way it was before was just FINE...Your prices are high compared to other competitors Ive shopped at. Today when I went to this Jeffrey location I feel the checker and manager on duty where rather rude. I dont remember the Managers name but the checkers name was Alice G.The manager might as well have called me a liar!She pointed out that I had enter my ph# incorrectly..I told her that I had been entering the same number for quite a few years..Some how I believe when your company made changes to this app..It changed the number I had in there previously..The number in there now is an old number...The manager said that was impossible the co. wouldnt have changed it....I love some of the products at your stores.. I don’t usually shop at this Albertsons because I have a Ralphs and Pavilions within a few blocks of my house, but today my kids and I had the pleasure of being rung up by employee John at register #1John kept my 3 & 6 year-old both entertained even before it was even our turn to scan products and pay! My 6 year old loves to help with our errands like this and John had her help him scan everything while also being quick enough to not create a back up of customers behind us. Soon after, both kids had more stickers than they could hold and a big smile across of their faces (and mine lol).Being a store manager in retail myself I know just how hard it is right now to not only to hire employees, but also hold onto quality people like John. I’m sure management here knows how much he’s appreciated by customers judging by the rave reviews about him from a regular customer right behind us in line without us even asking Hahaa

This review is specific to the FedEx drop off. I dropped off a package with a prepaid priority overnight express label on Tuesday. There was no tracking update until Thursday which then said it was held for customer pickup? I contacted FedEx and they sorted it out, and it will now be delivered Monday. So it took 6 days to deliver something that should have been delivered in 1. Very convenient to be in the neighborhood, but if speed is important, try another FedEx location.

Albertsons should return the self checkout option like most stores. The lines are long or the wait is long. I realize the cashiers have been there a long time and know many of the customers, but checkout is not the time for chit chat. Usually there is one lane open during non-peak hours. There has to be 3 in line before another cashier will open a.new lane. Long ago when the self checkout station was available, I could be in and out of that store in 4 minutes!

The guy at the checkout counter at 5:30 AM was upbeat and cheerful. A stocker went out of her way to help me find an item and the lady at Starbucks was friendly as well. Good experience all around.

Great customer service all staff always polite and happy. Its always nice to stop by for last minute items or movie night red box with wine and ice cream. The pharmacy is a plus so convenient all in one stop, they also have the nicest staff. Thank you!

Very clean, I was in and out quickly. There were plastic coverings over all the self-pay stations that looked like they were replaced frequently. I wasnt there for long and Im not a local, so it was a nice quick stop.

I just love late night shopping at Albertsons. I love the piece, broad atmosphere here. I need to justify for this Albertsons because the rating is lower than other Albertsons. This is not true. All Albertsons have only 2 open cashiers around my area and don’t have self check out. So if you’re in a hurry this is not the place to go. But they have crazy clearance deal on a lot of shelves and good weekly promotions. Some of the price tags are ridiculous high, but on the other hand, some are as low as you won’t believe it. So you need to do your own due diligence;)

This is a nice Albertson’s people that work here are helpful. They have an excellent flower Department too, StarBucks, Lottery area.

Well stocked but short on staff. Dont go through self check out. Myself & lady next to me. Having problems with machines. Employee had to override my machine at least 6 times. Machines need recalibrating. Devil machines.lol

Excellent Customer Service! I went there hoping they had turkey wings! I had been to three different grocery stores. When I got to the butcher/me at area, I asked the gentleman that was unpacking the meat of they had any turkey parts. He told me they didnt have any, but what he could do was cut the pieces I needed from the turkey! I needed up with two wings and 2 legs! Just perfect for what I needed for my Easter meal!! I didnt get his name, but that was excellent customer service! I feel as though he went above and beyond to help me!

Terrible cheese cake. Sushi rice stale. Lousy deli counter food. However, nice staff. Good wine selection. Better fresh fish than other markets. Great prices.

It’s been common now that the price listed does not March the price charged by them . Even when the buyers pointed it to them they did not care to accept the mistake . Even customer care really are helpful . I would not recommend this location.

Best things about this Albertsons: they carry Blue Bunny Vanilla Bean ice cream. Sushi is actually surprisingly good for a market. Fresh French bread at 4pm is pretty darn good! Friendly and helpful staff. Bad: their produce is consistently more expensive than local competing markets.

Once they figured out who the manager is at the store!She gets on the phone laughing!!!!!Unprofessional employees because there is unprofessional management !!!!I go in this store quite often and and more and more disappointed every single time.I wish I can get the name of the GM so that I can let them know how their store is performing in hopes that maybe they would be interested.I doubt very much that I will be able to get a name.

RUDE cashier!!! Do not go to the Kimberly’s line. She is extremely over stressed and doesn’t work well under pressure with long lines. She’s very rude and disrespectful to her customers and employees. I witnessed her throwing bags at customers at self checkout all because they kindly asked for a bag. She should not be working there, horrible horrible customer service and ruined my shopping experience.

Nice staff that will help you find everything you need.Edit: check the expiration dates of the products you buy, they are sometimes already expired... Had to come back two times already when I was to lazy to check every single item before I bought them...Edit 2: not getting better with the expired items. But staff is still friendly...

Since Ive moved to Irvine, Albertsons has been my main grocery provider since they have some pretty decent deals on produce and the butchery has been very informative.Located within the Cypress Village Shopping Center, the parking lot is spacious and the store is bright & clean. I usually walk through the produce side first since the bulk of my list can be found there. From green beans, brussel sprouts, salad packs to chopped vegetables, most are unblemished and have contributed to some amazing creations.The most memorable experience has been selecting meat for a bolognese sauce. I was looking at ground beef and the butcher happened to ask what I was planning to make. I voiced my thoughts and he suggested blending our meats, like 2:1 ratio of beef to pork, or choosing a fattier ground beef for flavor. His advice really helped step up my game and the bolognese...so bomb!The cashiers are also really nice and usually try to engage with a how are you? or how was your day? Sometimes other places go through the motions or youre kinda having a meh day, but I appreciate the gesture almost all the time. You learn new things, especially if theyve got something good to say about what you bought, or affirming a selection you were curious to try.

Great location. Near a I-5 Freeway. Very convenient and lots of varieties. There is US Bank inside and Starbucks. Lots of food options nearby.

I really like shopping at Albertsons.They keep it very clean and organized.I wish their prices were cheaper but I would rather pay a bit more and enjoy the cleanliness of the store. The people that work there r very nice and helpful.

Probably one of the worst customer experiences from a service perspective. The staff is kind but doesn’t seem to be very motivated, standing in line for quite some time is standard. If you’re in a hurry, you better pick one of the other supermarkets close by - there are quite a few.

Dude, I hate this store. We used to live close to a different Albertsons. Its been jarring to learn the differences. I frequently see employees being rude to each other and theres an overall feeling of things being slightly unkempt. Dont get me wrong though, its a perfectly fine grocery store. Its the closest to my house. Im in here almost daily.

Albertsons prices are alot higher than Ralphs and Trader Joes, the two stores that I go. I have shopped here more since the pandamic because they are not as busy as other stores. I do watch out for their specials to make up for the higher costs. They have Friday $5 deals which is something I look for. They have very priced on selected items for $5.00 only on Fridays. Even wine!

Nice super market in Irvine fair price with a Starbucks inside the store I like to shop in Albertsons Vons and pavilions because they all got a good employee training(I believe they r all the same company) this Albertsons store is a little bigger than others and it got self checkout and coin machine and Amazon locker and rekey place

When you have special sales you should have them already in your system instead when the cashier rings it up it has a different price, then we have to wait around d till they find out what the sale price is. In the mean time the line is growing behind us.

Very rude lady at flower store

Careful, most of their products are about to expire. You wont get a full shelf life of your groceries. This seems to be a recurring trend with Albertsons. Also, Albertsons prices are higher than most grocery store chains, though they have lots of sale tags to make you think youre getting a good price. The store is large and has a vast person care section, but these are far overpriced as well. In short, dont shop here unless youre in a pinch.

I like that I can depend on this store to find what I need and they have a great customer service too.

The crew at this particular Albertsons are about what youd want in a grocery shopping experience. Theyre unobtrusive, will help when asked, basically leave you alone to do your thing. The sushi guy is super willing to make you whatever you want, and it tastes about as good as the sushi does in most mid tier sushi restaurants.

Very clean and spacious. Lines are speead out and everything is distanced apart so people have to remain 6ft apart and wear masks.

High prices, the Albertsons phone app is the absolute worst, a total waste of time and never works at the register. I insist on the deals and one by one the cashier does the math and manually subtracts the differences to give me the credit. This slows down the whole line. I plan to avoid this store as much as I can.

This grocery store is laid out very well and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The crowds werent too bad and they had plenty of checkers to meet the demand.

Terrible customer service, one of the worst experiences Ive had. No hello or thanks for anything. Was rude and comments were sarcastic. The lines were super long and they never called anyone to help. Not to mention the prices are way high. I normally shop at Ralphs. Unfortunately I dont have one closer to my house. I really dislike going here.

Lived in Cypress Village for 5 years and this Albertsons is always dirty and probably has the worst customer service. The staff is super unfriendly. Plus, there are always lines to checkout no matter what time you come. Shop at Ralph’s at Irvine Blvd or Whole Foods.

Double check your meats from the butcher. Hussein, the butcher at this time, charged my ground beef as carne asada and I ended up paying double the price

2 checkstands open during pre-dinner rush. Took 15 minutes to buy 2 items. Removing the self-check stands was the worst decision ever.

All the basic offerings of a grocery store plus a Starbucks stand, an Amazon Locker, and a Butchers Block. The locker is next to the right side entrance, its an orange ish color.
